How do I check my account usage and features?

If you have questions about your account usage or features, an admin can check your Pardot account settings to find out what's available in your account and where you stand on usage limits.

Note: Clients with legacy accounts should reach out to the Client Advocate Team for help with account usage and features.

To check your account usage and features:
  1. Access account settings by hovering over the gear icon (), and then click Settings.
  2. Click the Usage and Limits tab.

The table displays all of your account's available features, usage, limits, and utilization (if applicable).
