How do I check my account usage and features?

If you have questions about your account usage or features, an admin can check your Pardot account settings to find out what's available in your account and where you stand on usage limits. Note: Clients with legacy accounts should reach out to the Client Advocate Team for help with account usage and features. To check your account usage and features:
  1. Access account settings by hovering over your email address, then click Settings.
  2. Locate your Account Type under Account Information.
  3. Check this PDF to see which features come with your account edition, and any applicable limits.
  4. Once you know your account type and any applicable limits, check the Usage table.
Example: This sample account has Ultimate edition. The account is using 4 MB of its 10G file storage limit, and 5 out of 150 of its Automation Rule limit. Account Type and Usage Image
