Creating an Account Score Rollup Report in Salesforce

You can easily create a Salesforce report to roll up each contact's Pardot score into a grand total for the account.
  1. In Salesforce, navigate to Reports > Create New Report.
  2. Set the Report Type to Contacts & Accounts (found under Accounts and Contacts), and then click Create.
  3. Change format to Matrix Format.
  4. Click and drag the Account Name column into the leftmost column to create a row grouping.
  5. Filter fields by Score.
  6. Pull Pardot Score into the Grand Total column.
  7. Mark Sum and then click Apply.
  8. Change the Show filter to All Accounts.
  9. Set the date range.
  10. Click Run Report.
Each contact's Pardot score in each account will get added together to create a total Pardot score for the account. Pardot Score total This video walks through the steps for creating this report. Click here to expand.
