Connectors Overview

Connectors allow Pardot accounts to sync with third party applications such as a CRM system or Google AdWords. With a connector, data can be passed back and forth between the two applications allowing you to manage many formerly disparate marketing channels from within Pardot interface.

Please note that you must verify connectors in Pardot, NOT through Pardot frames within Salesforce.

Adding New Connectors

  1. Navigate to Admin > Connectors.
  2. Click on the + Add Connector button to add a new third party integration.
  3. Choose the vendor whose connector you would like to set up.
  4. Enter any information necessary to complete setup.

Connector Description
    Google AdWords Connect with your Google AdWords account, a pay-per-click advertisement application.
    Google Analytics Google Analytics lets you measure your advertising ROI as well as track your Flash, video, and social networking sites and applications.
    Twilio Receive alerts to instantly connect with prospects over the phone when they submit a form. Shorten, share and track your links.
    Olark Real-time chat and monitoring of your website visitors through Google Talk and Jabber.
    GoodData Collect and present critical business data from all across your company. Contact Pardot Support to enable this connector. 
 wistia (1)   Wistia Host and share videos online while tracking engagement through use of analytics.
UserVoice Icon UserVoice Seamlessly capture UserVoice activity and leverage those activities in Pardot.

Social Media Connectors

Connector Description
    AddThis Add your company's social media links to your email and landing pages.
    Facebook* Connect your company's Facebook account and be able to share and track social interactions.
    Twitter* Instantly connect with your company's followers by automating tweets.
    LinkedIn* There are two separate Linkedin connectors in Pardot. One Linkedin connector allows you to quickly jump to the LinkedIn results for a prospect or their company. This connector does not require your company to provide a specific Linkedin account's password. The other Linkedin connector is a social posting connector, which allows you to instantly connect your company's Linkedin account and automate updates to the profile.
 data.com_logo Find results for a prospect or their company.
  FullContact* Lets you access the public web for information about your customers, users or leads.
Note: *Social Profile Lookups are optionally available for each of these connectors. Social Profile Lookups are included with Pro Edition and Ultimate Edition accounts, and are available as an add-on for Standard Edition accounts.
