If you currently have a CRM connector activated on your account, you won't have the option to create a second CRM connector. You'll need to delete the existing CRM connector on your account first. Pardot does this to prevent data collision and syncing loops.
Why can't I create a CRM Connector?
If your account allows multiple prospects with the same email address, only the Salesforce CRM connector is available. All other CRM connectors have been deprecated and are unavailable.
