Engagement Program Reporting

Once you've started an Engagement Program, you can view program metrics on the Report tab. This article covers the data available in tooltips and step Report Cards.

Reporting Basics

To access an Engagement Program report, navigate to Marketing > Engagement Studio. Click the name of the program you'd like to report on, then click the Report tab.

When you navigate to a program's report, you'll see your program logic with tooltip overlays. The tooltips provide high-level reporting statistics.
Note: To toggle tooltips off and on, click the gear icon () in the Report tab, then click Reporting Tooltips.

Clicking on an individual step opens the step's Report Card and give you more in-depth detail. If a step has different versions, you can select a version from the View report for: drop down.
Note: CSV export will include data for all versions.

The next sections cover the specific data you will find in your Engagement Studio Program report at the tooltip and Report Card levels.

Start

Tooltip Data Report Card Data
Total number of prospects on the lists feeding the program
  • Initial program start date and time.
  • Whether the Business Hours Only option is enabled, and if so, the time zone that is selected.
  • Number of prospects who started the Engagement Program.
  • Lists feeding the program. Clicking a list name opens the list in a new tab.
  • Suppression lists. Clicking a list name opens the list in a new tab.
  • Percentage of prospects who completed the program.

  • Clickthrough Rate (CTR).

  • Number of prospects who opted out from the email.
