Integration Options for Other CRMs

Last Updated: Jun 14, 2016 | Print this Article

Pardot natively integrates with Salesforce. If you don't use Salesforce, you still have a few options that may allow you to more seamlessly link your CRM with Pardot.

Whoa there, partner! This is an advanced topic. Troubleshooting custom integrations is outside of Pardot Support’s scope, so proceed with caution.

Pardot API

You can use the API to access Pardot data from your CRM. See our API Documentation for information.

Pardot Prospect URL

To create a unique link to directly take someone to the corresponding Pardot record you'll need to use the URL combination of https://pi.pardot.com/prospect/read/email/ + email address.

For example, the prospect URL for JohnDoe@company.com would be: https://pi.pardot.com/prospect/read/email/JohnDoe@company.com

Pardot Activity iframe

To embed a Pardot activity history iframe within your own page use the following code and update the {email} tag in the src URL with the prospect's email address.

<iframe frameborder="no" height="500" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" scrolling="no" src="https://pi.pardot.com/prospect/activity/email/{email}" title="Pardot Activities" width="100%"></iframe>
The result will look something like the following:
prospect_activities_iframe

Note: You may need to adjust the height and/or width of the iframe to best fit within the area of the page you're trying to insert it into.
Your users will need to be logged into Pardot to see these iframes within your CRM.
