Pardot Package Field Definitions Reference

When adding the Pardot Package to your Salesforce instance, the following fields for individual records (prospects and leads/contacts) are set up automatically. You can see these fields in Salesforce by navigating to Setup > Build > Develop > Installed Packages > Clicking on the Pardot Package Name > View Components. To see the definitions of each Component, click on its name.
If you want to display these fields in Salesforce, make sure you follow the steps in Showing Pardot Data in Salesforce. To ensure that your users have sufficient permissions to view Pardot data, apply the Pardot permission set.

Fields Added to Salesforce Lead and Contact Records

Field Label in Salesforce Definition
ObjectChangeLog This custom object is used to send important indicators to Pardot for certain CRM-based events, such as record creation or deletion.
Pardot Campaign The Pardot Campaign represents the first marketing touchpoint with a prospect. It may be a campaign associated with your web site, landing page, paid search initiative, or any other marketing effort. Prospects may only be associated with one Pardot Campaign. This value can later be changed manually or via an Automation Rule or Completion Action.
Pardot Score The Pardot Score is based on implicit buying signals a lead demonstrates through his or her activities and responses to your marketing efforts. The higher the score, the more active the lead has been. A combination of Score (implicit buying signals) and Grade (explicit factors) helps you prioritize your prospects. Score, like Grade, is calculated within the Pardot system and cannot be edited in Salesforce.
Pardot URL This link takes you directly into the relevant prospect's profile within Pardot. From there you can view his or her complete activity history. This URL is generated within the Pardot system and cannot be edited in Salesforce.
Pardot Last Activity The date and time of the most recent interaction the prospect took with your marketing assets (such as viewing a page or clicking on a tracked link in an email).
Pardot First Activity The date and time of the earliest interaction the prospect took with your marketing assets (such as viewing a page or clicking on a tracked link in an email)
Pardot Conversion Date The date and time of the form, form handler, or landing page submission when a Pardot tracked anonymous visitor first became a known prospect.
Pardot Comments Comments that the prospect provides. For example, they fill out a Contact Us form and enters questions into the Comments field.
Pardot Notes Notes to be used internally. For example, a Marketing manager wants to jot down notes about a specific prospect.
Pardot Conversion Object Name The name of the Pardot asset on which an anonymous visitor converted to a known prospect. The asset will be either a form, form handler, or landing page.
Pardot Conversion Object Type The type of Pardot asset (form, form handler, or landing page) on which an anonymous visitor converted to a known prospect.
Send Pardot Email Send this Lead or Contact a Pardot tracked email from within Salesforce. You can send a freeform tracked email or use a marketing approved Pardot email template.

Pardot Grade The Pardot Grade is based on how well a prospect fits your organization's ideal customer profile. Explicit factors such as company size, industry, job title and more help determine this value. A combination of Grade (explicit factors) and Score (implicit factors) can be used to very effectively optimize the sales team's time. Grade, like Score, is calculated within the Pardot system and cannot be edited in Salesforce.
Pardot First Referrer The value of the referrer for the first tracked request made by a Prospect.
Pardot First Referrer Type If a Prospect's first touch was the result of a search, this field contains the type of search conducted.
Pardot First Referrer Query If a Prospect's first touch was the result of a search, the field holds the term that was searched on.
Pardot Created Date The Pardot Created Date represents the date and time at which the Prospect record was created in Pardot. This will often differ from your Salesforce created date.
Send to Prospect Insight/Send to Pardot Send this Lead or Contact to Pardot. Clicking this button will sync the Salesforce record with the Pardot Prospect record and update the Prospect in Pardot.
Pardot Hard Bounced If an email to a lead or contact's corresponding prospect hard bounced, this field will be true.
