LeadDeck Real-Time Prospect Monitor

Last Updated: Apr 26, 2016 | Print this Article

LeadDeck is a desktop application that allows your sales and marketing teams to get real-time alerts of visitor and prospect activity from their desktop. Results refresh when your visitors take a new Pardot tracked action. LeadDeck can pop-up small, unobtrusive notifications that users can click for more prospect information.

There are two editions of LeadDeck: LeadDeck with Sliders and LeadDeck Classic. LeadDeck with Sliders is our latest version and was introduced February 2013. LeadDeck Classic was introduced February 2010. Both come with different interfaces and different options for visitor and prospect filtering.

LeadDeck with Sliders

This feature is deprecated and is only available for accounts created before 5/1/2015. If your account was created before 5/1/2015, you can download this feature by logging into Pardot, hovering over your email address, and then clicking Downloads. Click here for a video walkthrough.
LeadDeck with sliders allows sales and marketing teams to customize their real-time alerts. Results refresh approximately every three seconds.

Each slider will display data from the 25 most recently active prospects/visitors.  For a more comprehensive look at recently active prospects/visitors, see the daily visitor and prospect email reports, or view recently active prospects/visitors from the prospect and visitor lists in Pardot.
  • For more information about prospect alerts and daily reports, see here.
  • For more information about the prospect list see here. For the visitor list, see here.
User role access Depending on their user role, users will have access to different information:
  • Sales users will only be able to see prospects directly assigned to them (not all prospects and no visitors). They cannot adjust the slider criteria under the "Prospect Criteria" section, however, they can adjust "Activity Criteria" and "Geographic Criteria."
  • Sales managers, Marketing, and Administrator users will be able to see all prospects and all identified visitors. They have access to all slider criteria.
Using LeadDeck LeadDeck scrolls sideways and updates in real-time. New cards are added to the deck as there are new prospect activities. If there are multiple activities by a single visitor or prospect, the cards will rearrange themselves to stack on top of one another.

You can use the icons above each slider to pause them if needed, change their settings, delete them, or toggle notifications on or off. The colors of each slide represent a different activity so you can quickly glance at the cards and have an overall sense of the prospect's actions.

  • Green: Website Visits, Landing Page Views, Custom Redirect Clicks, Page Actions
  • Blue: Site Search, Adwords Click
  • Orange: Form, Form Handler
  • Light Blue: Email Clicks
  • Red: File Access
  • Purple: Webinar, Video View
  • Black: Social Posts, Events, Olark Chat, Natural Search, default color for additional activities
