How do Pardot default fields map to SugarCRM?

Last Updated: Jun 12, 2017 | Print this Article

The following field mappings for individual records (prospects and leads/contacts) and accounts are set up automatically when you verify your SugarCRM connector.  By default, SugarCRM will be the master for all of these fields except for the proprietary Pardot fields (score, grade, Pardot campaign, etc.), referrer fields, and Google Analytics fields created when you install the connector package. However, you can choose to make Pardot the master for most other fields and change most of the default mappings if you’d like (exclusions are indicated below).  Please see our Default Fields article for more information.

¹Pardot’s proprietary fields (Pardot Campaign, Score, Grade, etc.), the referrer fields, Prospect Opted Out, and the Google Analytics Connector fields map to SugarCRM fields that are read-only; thus, they are the only non-custom fields that are considered the master over SugarCRM fields by default and cannot be remapped to sync with other fields in SugarCRM. The Assigned User, Recent Interaction, and Email fields also cannot be edited to make Pardot the master or remapped to another field in SugarCRM. ²The Google Analytics fields are included in the installer package, but will only display on prospects if the Google Analytics Connector is verified in Pardot.
