Hello,

Is there a way I can reset the grades/scores of all my prospects at once?

   Hi Matt, there is not a way to do this within the app but you could contact our support team (support (at) pardot.com) about them potentially helping with the grading piece.

   Scores would be much trickier because of the way we store all of a prospect's activities. Anytime they got rescored (e.g. became active again) we would add everything back up.

   If you reach out to support with your specific goals for this they may be able to come up with a good solution for you.
