Pardot does not support embedding forms directly into emails for the following reasons:
- It could look bad: there's no guarantee that your form will display correctly in the recipient's inbox.
- It may not work: if the form does display correctly, it still might not be functional.
- It may scare your recipients: depending on the email client your recipient is using, it could trigger a 'scam alert', or a pop-up warning about submitting data to an external page. Email clients tend to be suspicious of emails containing forms, and this could hurt your engagement.
Best practice for sending forms via email is to send prospects a link to the form. To find your form's link, navigate to Marketing > Forms and click the title of the form. The link appears in the Contents section.
