You can embed an iframe (VisualForce element in the case of Salesforce) in your CRM system that allows you to add or remove list subscriptions for individual prospects. As with the activity iframe, your users are required to be logged into Pardot to be able to see this.
Adding the List Management View to Your CRM
Salesforce: Simply install the latest AppExchange Package and add the ProspectLeadListMembership elements to your Lead and Contact page layouts.
SugarCRM: Simply install the latest module (5v18 or higher) and add the List View (represented by a contact and lead field) to your Lead and Contact page layouts.
NetSuite: Follow the instructions for adding the Pardot List Management View to NetSuite.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Follow the instructions for adding the Pardot List Management View to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Enable the List View Under Your CRM Connector
Note: this setting is enabled by default in accounts that allow multiple prospects with the same email address.
- Navigate to Administration > Connectors.
- Click the gear icon and select Edit for your CRM connector.
- Mark Allow editing of Prospect lists within the CRM.
Select the Lists You Want to Appear in Your CRMMost clients will only want to have certain lists appear in their list management iframe (for example, the lists your sales reps might use). You can set lists to be available by editing the individual lists.
Note: You must have the Allow editing of Prospect lists within the CRM setting enabled to mark lists CRM Visible.
- Navigate to Marketing > Segmentation > Lists.
- Edit the list(s) you would like to make available in your CRM.
- Mark CRM Visible.
Note: Only Static Lists can be made CRM Visible.
